NSI offers three levels of service

For all service plans, NSI will:
- Poll devices under management every three minutes to ensure they are functioning
properly.
- Respond to alarms generated by failed polls indicating a fault condition.
- Isolate the fault condition to either your on-premise equipment or a network portion
of your solution.
- Open a trouble ticket on your behalf.
- Proactively notify you that a fault condition exists. The 15-minute Proactive Outage
Notification is backed by an SLA (service level agreement).

Managed Wireless LAN Service features lightweight, low-cost, plug-and-play access
points. These access points act as extensions of your wireless controllers assuring
ease of deployment and minimal disruption to existing LAN infrastructure. And lightweight
access points retain no configuration data—so their theft or loss can never compromise
your network.
Inherent Access-Point Security
- Supports end-to-end encryption from the access point
- Works with all approved IEEE wireless security standards including WPA, and WPA2,
and 802.11i including:
- AES encryption
- Customer-supplied password tokens
- EAP authentication (PEAP and TLS)
- Gives you the flexibility to control when and where access is permitted
- Segments users by policy, VLAN, SSID
- Helps assure that only authorized wireless LAN devices operate within your premises

Simultaneous or Dedicated Air Monitoring
Rogue access point monitoring, detection and notification (Air Monitor mode) detects
